A disk health assessment triage report is the first deliverable — delivered within 3 working days of receipt, before any recovery work begins. The flux capture we use to assess your disk is kept to work as a first-read recovery target so that future comparison reads have a baseline and mean we stress your disks fewer times. We confirm the exact price before any work begins. What we quote is what you pay. We never increase a price after receiving your media.
If we can't recover data from a disk, you pay £10 handling only. Partial recovery is charged at 60% of the applicable tier rate.
For 10+ disks, a triage report is the first deliverable. You approve the revised cost before deep work proceeds — no obligation to continue.
Your physical media comes back to you. Always. Return postage is included on orders over £50; otherwise charged at cost.
Non-disclosure agreements are available on every commercial engagement, at no charge, and can cover all correspondence, findings, and the existence of the engagement itself.
